Prepare for Changes to Jira/Confluence
Jira/Confluence upgrade training for regular users is designed for those who edit,
assign, or modify information in Jira/Confluence.
- If you read/comment only, the changes for you will be minimal and completing training is not necessary.
- If you are an admin, please visit the Jira/Confluence admin training registration page here.
After registering for a session, you’ll receive a confirmation email as well as an email with
instructions on how to join the session. If you end up not being able to attend the training, the links to recordings will be shared as part of future communications.
Training is the best way to get comfortable with the Jira/Confluence changes before they take effect. It is highly recommended but remains optional for users.
For questions about training, please email the project manager, Al Henry, at al.henry@phsa.ca. For more information about the upgrade, click here (you must have an existing Jira or Confluence account to access this page).
