With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of people, business, and technology - she thrives on solving complex problems and building meaningful relationships. With experience working in small, midsize, and global organizations, she has successfully built and scaled the foundation of people operations while delivering exceptional workplace experiences. Her areas of expertise include: talent strategy, people programs, DEI, people development, conflict resolution, and change management.
She is a proud University of Washington Husky, classic car lover, and border collie enthusiast. Allison enjoys being outside enjoying live music, making tasty food, fresh mountain air, and enjoying a cold beer!
Christopher Pepe brings his highly adaptive development expertise to Praecipio Consulting clients of various sizes and industries. With an extensive background in engineering and over a decade of Atlassian experience, not only does Christopher provide innovative solutions to some of the most difficult issues but he also puts a smile on our faces by using his skillset on unique projects. Officing out of Vermont, Christopher's passion for technology can only be rivaled by his love of the outdoors, which inspired Praecipio Consulting's internal team member fitness challenges. After a day of hiking/ fishing/canoeing, you can find Christopher (a.k.a. "Porkcheeks") in the kitchen on his quest for the perfect bowl of ramen.
Corrinne Wilsey has 11+ years of experience in Recruiting and Diversity and Inclusion. She has devoted her recruiting career to the technology sector with a focus on professional and consulting services. She believes her team plays an important role in significantly impacting the lives of others daily through providing career opportunities that can mean so much to so many new teammates and their families. She prides herself in providing a customized experience for each candidate, hiring manager and internal or external client.
Giving back to the community has always been important to Corrinne, and she has served on various Boards and Committees including The Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast, the American Cancer Society, and Harvest Food Banks. Upon moving to Arizona in 2020, she has had the opportunity to experience the community and learn more about the needs of its residents through various volunteer opportunities.

A lifetime native of the Buckeye State, Nate feverishly follows Cleveland sports and University of Dayton basketball. He enjoys spending time golfing, and serving his wife and two daughters amateur barbeque, especially after a day of skiing.
Michael Rapp is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in executive positions at numerous technology services companies. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and a passion for developing diverse company cultures poised for accelerated growth. Michael’s background includes work at both startup and multi-billion dollar companies as CEO, Chief Revenue Officer, and other key senior leadership roles.
Throughout his career, Michael has enjoyed opportunities to mentor people early in their career looking to start their career in tech, and gets great pleasure seeing their accomplishments. When he’s not working, Michael enjoys spending time outdoors either on the water or on a golf course, sipping a good wine, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two daughters—all of whom also work in the technology industry.
