Allison Flaten

Allison is a passionate HR leader and people advocate, on a mission to make a difference one conversation at a time. With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of people, business, and technology - she thrives on solving complex problems and building meaningful relationships. With experience working in small, midsize, and global organizations, she has successfully built and scaled the foundation of people operations while delivering exceptional workplace experiences. Her areas of expertise include talent strategy, people programs, DEI, people development, conflict resolution, and change management.

She is a proud University of Washington Husky, classic car lover, and border collie enthusiast. Allison enjoys being outside, listening to live music, making tasty food, taking in the fresh mountain air, and enjoying a cold beer!



Chris Lewis

Chris is a veteran in building high-performing enterprises, bringing 28 years of experience in tech and business leadership. From his early days as a technical consultant, Chris has evolved into a strategic executive, adept at steering organizations through digital change. His deep industry knowledge and leadership skills are key assets, guiding clients through complex digital landscapes. His expertise lies in expanding service companies and nurturing consulting talent, consistently delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Outside the boardroom, Chris is dedicated to his role as a father, mentoring his teenage children. A long-time resident of Chicago, he enjoys exploring the city's vibrant scenes—from its scenic lake in summer to its bustling stadiums. Balancing professional rigor with personal passions, Chris embodies the dynamic spirit of leadership.


Roxanne Ozolins

Roxanne is a versatile senior brand and marketing leader with 13 + years of experience and a proven track record of driving breakthrough results through progressive, bold, and dynamic initiatives that accelerate business growth and resiliency. She is a brand evolver and equity builder with the innate ability to identify B2B value propositions, capture executive leadership buy-in, build powerful memorable business identities, promote differentiation, and maximize positioning in the market.  

Roxanne lives in Palos Verdes, CA with her husband Brian, their daughter Neve and son Reeve. Most weekends you will find her outside, hiking, biking, or enjoying a nice glass of California red at the beach. 



Tiffany Willis

Tiffany is an experienced leader in technology and consulting organizations.  She brings 25+ years of experience working at the intersection of technology, process, and talent.  She has led digital and agile transformations, product development technology, and client service organizations.  Throughout her career, she has been driven by a passion for helping people and organizations be successful, solving complex problems, and improving value delivery.  She has a unique ability to blend “the art of the possible” with a pragmatic approach guiding organizations in adopting new technologies and new ways of working.

Tiffany holds an MBA from D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.  When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family which means you will likely find her listening to her son in a band performance or watching her daughter at a horse show.


JoAnn Mytyk

With over 15 years of operational experience, JoAnn started her professional career at the world’s largest international circus, handling all aspects of operations, logistics, and planning. She joined Praecipio in 2015 and has since played an important role in helping the company grow by assisting cross-departmentally to solve complex problems, refine processes, and establish organizational structure. 

Never one to shy away from a new challenge, JoAnn has traveled to over 35 countries and now lives in her family “treehouse” in Austin, TX with her husband and two daughters. You can usually find her with a hot glue gun in one hand and potting soil in the other.



Niles Love

For over 20 years, Niles has worked in the Consulting and Software industries to drive hyper growth. Niles believes that natural curiosity combined with a substantial work ethic leads to great things. His goal is to build sales teams that understand the variations in corporate culture. With this understanding, his teams are able to help individuals, teams, and organizations to be their best, and to deliver value.

Niles enjoys exploring Oregon's gravel roads by bicycle, grilling in the rain, and camping with his wife, daughter, and son in their VW van.


Ryan Hannah

Accountant-turned-business leader Ryan Hannah built the Atlassian Practice at Avant Systems Group in Winnipeg, Canada starting in 2013. Having deployed Atlassian tools in the company’s day-to-day consulting operations, Ryan became convinced of the ecosystem’s capabilities, driving his company to become a dedicated Atlassian Partner. More than 10 years later, Avant is part of the Praecipio family and Ryan continues to lead and promote Atlassian products as the General Manager for Praecipio Canada.

In his spare time, you can often find Ryan with his wife and two children enjoying time at the family cabin, or at home where an electric guitar is never out of reach.



Michael Levin

Michael's passion for people, efficiency, and effectiveness is rooted in years of management consulting experience. Previously specializing in leading financial service clients through both buy and sell side M&A events, large-scale technology transformations, vendor assessments, and financial viability modeling, he has frequently served at the intersection between business objectives and technology enablement.

Michael’s love for education brought him to Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, where his interests in strategy, economics, and organization efficiently continued to blossom. As a Chicago native who recently relocated to Denver, he spends his free time hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, playing hockey, golfing, attempting new recipes in the kitchen, and traveling to experience new cultures.
