Brian brings over 10 years of experience in Strategic Management, Business Process Analysis, and Project Implementations. He has experience with Agile and Lean based methodologies in a wide array of business environments including software development, call centers, procurement departments, service industries, and operations management. His excellent communication skills allow for critical conversations with any level of management on issues and solutions to problems faced in operations. He also has a deep understanding of business processes and working with teams to drive results by executing thought out project plans. He works to identify and act on measurable key performance indicators to drive operational excellence and profitability. He is both a Certified Scrum Master as well as a SAFe Program Consultant.
