## Leveraging Intelligent Delivery Models to Accelerate Enterprise Change

In this IDC Spotlight, Research Director Melinda-Carol Ballou examines how organizations can navigate the growing complexity of AI-driven cloud transformation — particularly as Atlassian's 2029 Data Center end-of-life deadline compresses migration timelines. The report explores how AI-augmented delivery models, structured governance, and experienced partners are becoming essential to successful enterprise transitions.

### Key Insights:

- **The AI + Cloud Imperative:** Nearly all organizations are adopting or planning to adopt AI within their platform strategies, while hybrid and multi-cloud architectures have emerged as the dominant deployment models, creating new complexity around governance, data integration, and organizational change.

- **Why Migrations Fail Without the Right Partner:** Enterprise cloud migrations remain inherently complex, especially in heavily customized environments. AI can accelerate analysis and planning, but it is not a substitute for deep domain knowledge, partners with human-in-the-loop approaches are critical to reducing risk and ensuring reliable outcomes.
- **How Praecipio's Intelligence Gateway Changes the Equation:** Praecipio's AI-enabled delivery model, built on Anthropic's Claude and a compounding knowledge framework, automates environment analysis, readiness assessments, and dependency mapping, giving consultants and clients a shared foundation for faster, more confident decision-making.
