Breathe easy and join us for a workshop with our friend and yoga teacher, Mel Afflerbach. She will guide us through mediation and breathwork practice, as well as share practical and informative tips on how to use these tools as a way to relieve stress and positively impact our overall well-being. With more than 13 years of leading students through the world of yoga, Mel is a reiki healer, energy health coach, and mama who is passionate about teaching around spiritual growth and self-awareness.
